Autumn Bouquets: Quick and Easy

This morning I looked around and saw nothing but wilted roses in vases all over the house - your typical Birthday aftermath. Then i recall, that my friend, whom I did not see for several years wrote me she would stop by this morning. Which meant I had no time to buy fresh flowers. I went outside hoping I can pick up few roses, and I did find, but very few in decent condition. When you use kenzan for flower arrangements, you do not need a lot of flowers. So I added few green leaves , and here it is: quick and easy autumn bouquet.
These little berries was all I could cut from a bush in front of the house. But it was enough to create a bright accent I was after.
I love these little ikebana containers. No matter what you put in them, looks always good.
